Taking the camera out for a spin
We just got back from a little holiday in Queenstown and it was BEAUTIFUL.
Oh my I just love mountains, they are the best. Not the boring ones in Wellington that are covered with houses, the EPIC ones in the Southern Alps that are dusted with snow. SO GOOD.
So I managed to get a few shots with my camera while we were down there. The first 2 days were flipping hot and sunny - 22 degrees. Not ideal for landscape photography, but perfect for ice cream on the beach :D
The last 2 days were perfect though - moody clouds and a fresh dusting on snow overnights, what a sight!
We stayed at a lovely little historic cottage in Arrowtown that was beautifully decorated to a vintage theme, perhaps I'll post some photos of it next time...
