Birthday cake decadence
It was my fiancés birthday and as per tradition, I made him a cake to top the previous years. This year it was a rich dark chocolate cake with salted caramel buttercream, topped with chocolate ganache and salted caramel sauce and various sweet treats. I don't know how I'm going to outdo myself next year!
